This event is organised by BNI Zenon. Registration, data handling and ticket-payment collection are operated by INUX Cloud s.r.o. (brand: INUX3D) on behalf of the chapter. This policy explains how INUX Cloud s.r.o. ("we", "us") handles the personal data you provide when registering.
The data controller is INUX Cloud s.r.o., acting on behalf of BNI Zenon. You can contact us about your data at support@inux.cloud.
Our legal basis is your consent (which you give at registration) and our legitimate interest in running the event and keeping proper records.
Card payments are processed securely through Revolut. The merchant collecting the payment is INUX3D (INUX Cloud s.r.o.), acting on behalf of BNI Zenon — your card statement will show INUX3D. We do not see or store your full card details; those are handled directly by Revolut on their secure systems.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the event — our email delivery provider and Revolut (payments) — and only as needed to provide those services. We may disclose data where required by law.
We keep registration data for as long as needed to run the event and to meet legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You may also withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. To exercise any of these, email support@inux.cloud.
These terms apply to event registrations and ticket purchases made through this site. The event is organised by BNI Zenon; registration and payments are operated by INUX Cloud s.r.o. (brand: INUX3D) on its behalf.
No refunds are possible after 21 June 2026. The guest list is finalised and catering — food and drinks — is reserved per person, so payments cannot be refunded once that date has passed, including for non-attendance. If you need to cancel on or before 21 June 2026, contact us at support@inux.cloud and we will arrange a refund. If the event is cancelled by the organiser, all registered attendees are offered a refund or a transfer to a rescheduled date.
Attendees are expected to behave professionally and courteously. We reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove, anyone whose conduct is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.
We take reasonable care in organising our events but are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for matters outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to INUX Cloud s.r.o., and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its competent courts.
We may update this policy and these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed.
